75th Republic Day Celebrated at Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala

Multani Mal Modi College today celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India with full zeal and zest in collaboration with the 5 Pb Bn,4 Pb Bn and 3 Pb Air Sqn.
The college principal Dr.Neeraj Goyal unfurled the national flag and remembered the martyrs of our freedom struggle. He motivated the students to dedicate their life to the aim of national building, peace and harmony.
The guard of honour was presented through the march past ceremony by the cadets of the Army and Air wing. The presence of the ANO of 5 Pb Bn-Lt. Dr. Rohit Sachdeva, ANO of 4Pb Bn-Lt. Dr. Nidhi Gupta, ANO of 3 Pb Air sqn.-Flying Officer Dr. Sumeet Kumar, Dr Ashwani Sharma, Dr Sukdev Singh, Dr. Varun Jain, Dr. Kavita Bhardwaj, Ajay Gupta, Jaswinder Singh, Tarlochan and other non teaching staff of the college marked the occassion
During the event various performances were presented by the cadets to celebrate this auspicious day. A mime was presented by the cadets of 5 Pb Bn which depicted the hardships and sacrifices in a soldier’s life. A speech was given by UO Naunidh Marya followed by a beautiful song performance which was given by cadet Taranpreet Kaur. Although the fog was very dense but fire lit bright in the eyes of the cadet.
To mark the end of this celebration, NCC song and the national anthem were performed by the cadets. The event ended with joshful warcry of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Matram which echoed throughout the college campus.

ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ 75ਵਾਂ ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ 5 Pb Bn, 4 Pb Bn ਅਤੇ 3 Pb Air Sqn ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ.ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਝੰਡਾ ਲਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਆਰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਏਅਰ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਰਚ ਪਾਸਟ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗਾਰਡ ਆਫ਼ ਆਨਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ 5 Pb Bn-Lt. ਡਾ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ, 4ਪੀਬੀਬੀਐਨ-ਲੈਫਟੀਨੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਏ.ਐਨ.ਓ. ਡਾ: ਨਿਧੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ, 3ਪੀਬੀ ਏਅਰ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਏ.ਐਨ.ਓ.-ਫਲਾਇੰਗ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਡਾ: ਸੁਮੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਡਾ: ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਡਾ: ਸੁੱਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ: ਵਰੁਣ ਜੈਨ, ਡਾ: ਕਵਿਤਾ ਭਾਰਦਵਾਜ, ਅਜੇ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਤਰਲੋਚਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਨਾਨ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ
ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। 5 ਪੀਬੀਬੀਐਨ ਦੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਈਮ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਠਿਨਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਯੂ.ਓ. ਨੌਨਿਧ ਮਾਰੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੈਡਿਟ ਤਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਗੀਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਧੁੰਦ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕੈਡਿਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਗ ਚਮਕ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ. ਗੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਗੀਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਜੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਦੇ ਮਾਤਰਮ ਦੇ ਜੈਕਾਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ।
